Bernard Aaron Lindley Jan 28, 1907 - Oct 19, 1999 - Bernard Aaron Lindley, 92 3780 S. Cates Rd, Kingman d at 11:50 a.m. Oct 29 at Indiana Vts. Home, W. Lafayette. Mr. Lindley was born Jan 28, 1907 to Fred & Icy Parrent Lindley. He was a life res. of Cates. He grad from Vermilion Academey Vermilion Grove, Ill and Earlham College, 1933. A vet of WWII in Navy Seabess, served at Guadacanal. He taught school 30 years in Ft, Newton & Parke Counties. Worked with BS several years. His memberships include Cates Community Church, Fountain Co. Old Guard Post #2395 VGW. Survivors includea sister, Fayle Cole, Mellott and several nieces and nephews. Two brothers and 3 sisters are deceased. Funeral serv at 2 p.m. Mondya Shelby FUn Home with Rev. Thomas Stapp offic. BUrial at Kingman Fraternal. Military serv at grave by VFW. Friends may call noon 2 pm Monday at funeral home.
