The Crawfordsville Journal gives an account of the death of a young man by the name of Lewis of Montgomery, caused from the effects of drinking a few drams of the poisonous whiskey sold at the doggeries of Hurley & Kennedy of that place. The liquor caused violet tetanic spasms, which finally resulted in a most horrible death.
