Chas. Lewis Sr., an old resident of this county, died Monday of dropsy. He spent his life at or near where he died, and being very fond of sport, he every fall went to Michigan where he owned a tract of valuable timber land. He was sick some eight months. Funeral services were held at Mount Zion and he was interred in the church cemetery. -s
