Oliver J. "Ollie" Leibenguth, 59, a former farmer in the New Richmond area, died Sunday in Brownsville Medical Center at Brownsville, Tex. He had been a resident of Brownsville since October, 1975. He was a former member of St. Bernard Catholic Church. He was born at Lafayette on July 11, 1917. He was married to Margaret Simpson on July 22, 1941, and she survives. Other survivors include a sister, Mrs. R. F. Conlon of Beaver, Pa., and a brother, Charles A. Leibengurth of Lafayette. Services were in Brownsville.

Oliver J. Leibenguth, 59, former Lafayette resident, died unexpectedly Sunday in Medical Center, Brownsville, Tex. He had been a patient since Sept. 30th. Born in Lafayette, he attended St. Lawrence and Jefferson High schools and Lafayette Business College. Mr. Leibenguth had been engaged in farm management in the New Richmond area until retiring and moving to Brownsville, Tex., in October, 1975. In 1941 he was married to Margaret Simison, who survives. He was a veteran of World War II serving with the Air Force in India in 1942. Surviving with the widow are one sister, Mrs. R.F. Conlon of Beaver, Pa., and one brother, Charles A. Leibenguth of Lafayette. Services will be held at Brownsville, Tex.
