Marion C. Leaming, 62, of Palm Beach Garden, Fla., died in Palm Beach Community Hospital at 1:40 p.m. Saturday, following a one-year illness. He was a former resident of Crawfordsville. Mr. Leaming was a former owner and operator of a motel at Palm Beach. He retired about one year ago and had resided in Florida since 1956. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge at Romney, and he was a 32nd-degree Mason. He was born Nov. 6, 1917, at Romney, a son of Curwen and Ruth Riston Leaming. He had been active in seed certification in Indiana. Surviving are three sons, Lawrence C. Leaming of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Donald M. and Mark W. Leaming, both of West Palm Beach, Fla.; and a sister, Mrs. Ernest (Betty) Morehouse of West Lafayette. Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday with Romney Masonic Lodge 441 officiating in Elmwood Cemetery at Romney. – jlr
