Harry Robert Lawton, 53, died Sunday at 9:15 p.m. in Culver Hospital, a patient there only two days. He had bbeen ill for the past 3 years. Lawton was a former employee of Farmers Creamery and worked at the Crawfordsville Electric Power & Light for several years. Lawton was born Nov 28, 1906 at Garfield, son of John and Goldie Buskirt Lawton. He was married Aug 14, 1937 to Mildred Barton who survives. Other survivors are a daughter, Jacqueling Moore and 3 sons, Donald, Robert and William all of Crawfordsville; a sister, Mrs. Gladys Zachary of Crawfordsville and two grandsons. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Wednesday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home, Rev. Frank Ryan will officiate. Burial will be at the old Waveland Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home. - kbz
