LADOGA - Mrs. Hazel Pearl Lawson, 74, of Ladoga, died at 12:40 p.m. Thursday at Carmen Nursing Home in Crawfordsville after an illness of three years. She was a member of the Christian Church here. A native of Mace, she was born July 15, 1893 to John and Margaret Farley. Her marriage to Edward Lawson was at Michigan City in February of 1921. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Leroy Graham of Wabash; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Stewart of Thorntown and Mrs. Anna Demoret who resides in Florida; two brothers, Howard Farley of Alamo and Lawrence Farley of Crawfordsville and two grandsons, Edward and Keith Graham. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Gephart Funeral Home here with Rev. Paul Ingram officiating. Interment will be in Ladoga Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today. - typed by Chris M.
