Hillsdale, Ind., Aug. 31—Cecil Frederick youngest child of Lillian Laverty, is dead. He was only six months old, but his posthumous birth set aside the peculiar will made by his father. Aquilla Laverty, the land king of western Indiana, who cut off his first wife’s children with $50 each. This child’s birth, four months after his father’s death, set aside the will, as no provision was made for him and each heir received about $40,000. -s
