VEEDERSBURG — Mrs. Thelma Marie Lape, 71, Rt. 5 Danville a native of Veedersburg died at 2:10 p.m. Wednesday in St. Elizabeth Hospital at Danville Ill. She had been a patient at the hospital five days. She was a member of the Veedersburg Methodist Church and attended the Benson Chapel United Methodist Church. She was born Dec. 5, 1900 a daughter of John and Minnie Baldwin Glover. She was married to Rome Lape, who died Sept. 1963. Survivors include two sons, Dale E. and Jacob H. both of Rt. 5, Danville and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents two brothers and two sisters. Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at Bodine &Shelby Funeral Home in Covington. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.   --typed by Walt W

(CNS) — Mrs. Alma Marie Lape, 71, a resident of Danville Route 5 for the past six years and a resident of the Foster community most of her life, died at 2:10 p.m. Wednesday (Aug. 16, 1972) at St. Elizabeth Hospital. She had been a patient five days. Born Dec. 5, 1900, in Veedersburg, she was the daughter of John and Minnie Baldwin Glover. She was married July 29, 1920, to Rome Lape, who died Sept. 9, 1963. Survivors include two sons, Dale and Jacob H., both of Danville Route 5; three nieces and nephews. Mrs. Lape was a member of the Veedersburg United Methodist Church and had been attending the Benson Chapel Methodist Church. She also was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Bodine & Shelby Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Thursday.   --typed by Walt W
