Edgar Lane, 15, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lon Lane 817 West Pike Street died at 2 o’clock Monday morning after an extended illness. He had been in ill health for the past three years and recently suffered an attack of the flu which he could not recover. He was one of the best known most popular lads of the city and his father is a local groceryman. Surviving are his parents, his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. ? L. Jackson of Jamestown and ? Robert Lane of Indianapolis The funeral will be held from the home on Wednesday morning at 11 o’clock in charge of the Rev. FG Howard. Burial will be in Old Union Cemetery at Jamestown. - kbz
