Darlington – Joseph W. LaFollette 78, died at his home here Wednesday after an illness of several months. He was born in Putnam County and married 50 years ago to Miss Alice Buchanan. The deceased was formerly officer of a local bank. Surviving are the widow, a son, Lee of Indianapolis; and two daughters, Mrs. William Holloway, Crawfordsville and Mrs. Merritt Peebles, Darlington. – kbz
