Attica, Ind, May 31 -- Simon LaBaw, a well known resident of Attica, died yesterday about 12:30 o'clock at his home. Hemorrhage of the lungs was the cause of death. His death was very sudden and unexpected. Besides the wife he is survived by three brothers, Elijah and Lewis of Attica and one brother who lives in Parke County and two sisters, Mrs. Jane Zeigler of Veedersburg and Mrs. Alice Douglas who lives south of Attica. The funeral will be conducted Thursday at 1:30 o'clock from the Christian Church, Rev. AW Jackman officiating. Burial will be made at Browns Chapel south of Attica. The funeral services of George Foley, who was killed Monday evening were held this afternoon at 1:30 O'clock at the Christian Church, Rev AW Jackman officiated. Burial was made in Riverside Cemetery at Attica. The boy scouts of which he was a member attended in a body.
