Kingman, July 6 -- Elmer LEWIS, 65, a resident of this community most of his life died Monday night at Lakeview Hospital, Danville, Illinois following an operation for appendicitis. Born Feb 19, 1878 at Kingman, Mr. Lewis was the son of James and Cynthia Lewis. He was married to Sadie Bonebrake, who survives with two brothers, Ed and Bant Lewis of Kingman. Funeral services will be held at East Liberty Church but time of service has not been announced. - kbz
