Richard Wayne Leeke, 71, Roachdale, died 4:48 p.m.Tuesday in St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis.
Mr. Leeke was a farmer. His memberships included Roachdale Baptist Church.
He was a sergeant in the 11th Marine Reg. 1st Marine Division in the
Korean Conflict. He attended Roachdale schools.
He was born March 1, 1932, at Speedway, to Hanley Wayne and Zeola Rae Suiter
Leeke. He married M. Joan Jones on June 28, 1958, at Barnard. She survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, M. Suzanne Leeke, Roachdale, and a brother,
Donald Eugene, Crawfordsville.
A sister, Marilyn Joan Richards, is deceased.
Funeral services are scheduled 3 p.m. Sunday in Servies& Morgan Funeral
Home, 102 E. Washington St., Roachdale, with the Rev. John Noland officiating.
Burial will be in Roachdale Cemetery with military graveside rites by the
Roachdale Veterans of Foreign Wars. Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Saturday in the
funeral home.
