Funeral rites for Mose E. LAWSON, father of Mrs. WE Wright,  who died of a complication of diseases at the Culver Hospital  April 8, was held at the Machledt Funeral Home Saturday  afternoon. The funeral sermon was delivered by Rev. Paul Osborne,  pastor of the local Christian church assisted by Mr NR Walker at  the piano and Martha Joe Walker, soloist. Interment was at Maple  Ridge Cemetery in charge of Social Lodge No. 86 F & AM of  Terre Haute, assisted by members of Waveland Lodge No. 300  F&AM. Worshipful Master of Social Lodge, RA Jarvis  accompanied by the chaplain, Henry Lowhead and secretary Charles  A. Mathas administered the beautiful Masonic burial ritual. Those  from out of town attending were Mr. and Mrs. EA Shriner, Sr; Mr.  and Mrs. EA Shriner, Jr of Boswell; Mrs Mary Jones from  Cleveland, Ohio; Mr. and Mrs. George Martin, Dr. AA Wright; Mrs.  William Wright; Mrs. Ernest Wright; Mrs. George Felling; Mrs.  Helen Lowe; Maude Dickey; Art Evans; Helen Lowery; C Piper;  Violet Masks; Mrs. Wanda Bealmaer; Helen Meeks; Frank Martin;  Hubert Kruzan; Eugene Gaskins; Charles Gaskins; Charles Mathes;  Henry Lowhead; Verna Sampson; Harold Hallock; Mrs. Goldie Lawson  of Terre Haute; Harding Howard and Lynn of Greenfield; Mrs. Mary  Jones of Cloverland, Indiana; Edgar Fishburg; and IF Rosenfield  of Indianapolis; William Bunch of Galva, Illinois. There survive  his daughter, Mrs. Walter Wright of Waveland and 3 sisters, Mrs.  AE Shriner of Boswell; Mrs. Mary Jones and Mrs. Nellie Lyons of  Cleveland and other relatives. - typed by kbz
