Funeral services for Miss Roberta Kennedy Krout were held Monday morning at the St. John's Episcopal Church. The Rev. Overton Sacksteder III, acting vicar from Elwood, officiated. Serving as pallbearers and assisting with the floral tributes were Aquilla W. Groves, Arnett R. Groves, Grover D. Jones, John W. Ewoldt, Everett Paxton and F. V. Howell. Burial was in the family lot in Oak Hill Cemetery. Miss Krout, 86, died suddenly Thursday morning at her home, 416 S. Grant Ave.
