  Miss Anna Gertrude Kostanzer, daughter of the late Anthony and Jeanette Aapkens Kostanzer, passed away Friday, at 5 p.m. at St. Elizabeth hospital, Lafayette, where she had gone six weeks ago for special treatment.  Her illness dates back to last March, when she suffered a severe attack of the flu but she had never been confined to her bed until the past week.
 
  Miss Kostanzer was born and lived her entire life in Crawfordsville.  She graduated from the city high school with high honors.  Miss Kostanzer was of a retiring nature, possessing a lovable disposition and her friends were numerous.
 
  She is survived by her sisters, and brothers,  Mrs. J.J. Fisher, John and Herman Kostanzer and Mrs. Clifford Voris, all of this city.
 
  Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at the home of her sister, Mrs. Cliff Voris.  Burial will be private at Oak Hill cemetery.  Rev. Ogged of Wabash Avenue Presbyterian church will be in charge of the service. – thank to Kim H
