Mrs. S. Violet KOFFEL, 89, died Wednesday evening Aug 21, 1963 at Wesley Manor Methodist Home, Frankfort; been in failing health 3 months. She was born Feb 28, 1874, daughter of John S. and Mary Elizabeth Greene Alexander; married to Marion E. Koffel who died 1932. Member of 1st Methodist Church, Frankfort and 50-year-member of Order of eastern Star. Among survivors are Mrs. Hazel Moore of Waveland; 3 brothers and two sisters preceded her in death. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Friday at Goodwin Funeral Home, Frankfort. Dr. Frank R. Greer and Rev. Claude M. McClure officiated; burial Crown Hill, Indianapolis. - kbz
