Crawfordsville—Eva Elizabeth Knee, 76, 506 Allen St., Crawfordsville, died at 7:25 a.m. Monday, March 13, 1989 in Culver Hospital.
She was born Feb. 12, 1913 at Crawfordsville, the daughter of Elijah and Clara Bell Husted Bratton. She was married June 16, 1945 at Covington to James E. Knee, who preceded her in death Nov. 15, 1977.
Surviving are two sons, Jerry W. Knee and Jacob Stewart, both of Crawfordsville; two stepsons, Charles W. Knee Sr. and James E. Knee Jr., both of Crawfordsville; a stepdaughter, Dorothy Pritchard, Minneapolis, Minn.; 17 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a daughter.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Hunt and Son Funeral Home with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery, Wingate. – thanks to s
