Crawfordsville, July 26 – Mrs. Alice R. Klein, 83 years old, widow of Madison G. Klein, Crawfordsville’s first jeweler, is dead at her home here. For several years her family esided in Indianapolis. The husband died in 1927 after having been identified prominently with the business and social life of the city more than 40 years. Surviving is a daughter, Alice May Klein at home.
