Wingate - Edward Kitterman 84 died at 1:30 p.m. Monday at his home here after being seriously ill one week. Mr. Kitterman had been employed by the Tru-Lay Block Co. at Waynetown. He was a native of Corydon, Ind, born Jan 3, 1884. His first marriage was to Goldie (Everman) Denny who diedin 1939. He was later married to Ruth (Mitchell) McKinney, who survives. Also surviving are 3 sons, Basil of Fowler, Jack of Chalmers and Charles at home; three daughters, Mrs. Irene Simonin of Rochester, Ind; Mrs. Goerge Huchison of Wingate and Mary Alice Kitterman at home and a stepson, Robert McKinney of Linden. Mr. Kitterman was the last of a family of six. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday at Bright Funeral Home, Crawfordsville with Rev. Robert Shotts officiating. Interment will be in Fowler Cemetery. Friends may pay respects at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Wednesday - transcribed by kbz
