Dr. W.J. Kirkpatrick, former local resident, died Thursday at his home in Farmington, Iowa, following a stroke of paralysis. He was born in Scotland in 1859 and came to this country three years later, spending his early life here and serving as physician in Farmington many years. Surviving are the widow; one daughter, two sisters Mrs. anna Litka, New Richmond and Mrs. Delia Jones, Wingate; and two brothers, Quin Kirkpatrick, Wingate and John A. Kirkpatrick, New Richmond - kbz
