Noami B. Kinney, 73, Waynetown, died Friday in her residence. Mrs. Kinney was a homemaker. Her memberships included Christian Union Church, American Legion Auxiliary and Christian Union Laides Aid Society. She attended Crawfordsville High School. She was born Nov 28, 1931 at Crawfordsville to George Milburn and Beatrice Fay McCoy Nichols. She married Harry Kinney Nov 28, 1952 at Waynetown. He survives. Also surviving are a son, Ted, Crawfordsville; daughter Mira Simmons, Evansville; sister Ruth A. Douglas, Crawfordsville, seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. Brothers Norman, Eddie, Walter and Okie Nichols, sister Alice Witt and one granddaughter are deceased.

Funeral services are scheduled 10 a.m. Tuesday in Shoemaker Funeral Home, Waynetown with the Rev. Allen Sparks officiating. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Monday in the funeral home. Memorial may be made to St. Clare Medical Center, c/o Heather Shirk, 1710 Lafayette Road, Crawfordsville, IN 47933.
