Mrs. Elizabeth Ann Kinneer Cates widow of Samuel Kinneer of the section formerly of Veedersburg died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Carrie Duncan, at Cates Saturday July 29 1939. She had been ill several weeks. Mrs. Kinneer was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C.C. Keeling and was born near Waynetown 11 Feb 1861. She married to Mr. Kinneer in 1882 and he died 12 years ago. Four children survive, they are; Mrs. Carrie Duncan, Clyde Kinneer, Clarence Kinneer, Carl Kinneer all of near Cates, two sisters, Mrs. Rinda Fletcher, and Mrs. Belle Quigle and one brother Squire Keeling all of Veedersburg. Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Cates United Brethren Church, with burial at the Rockfield
