A Sudden Death of Helena Kiley
The 12 year old daughter of David Kiley, residing southeast of the city, died at an early hour this (Monday) morning. She was taken suddenly ill and died before the arrival of a physician. - thanks Kim H

Miss Helena Kiley, the 14 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Kiley died Sunday night at her home south east of the city. The deceased has been in feeble health since March but was up and about yesterday in customary health and spirits. She retired as usual an during the night was taken very ill. The family physician was summoned but the suffering girl expired a few minutes before his arrival. Her death was caused by congestion of the stomach. The deceased was a bright and lovable girl, an only daughter and the pride of her parents. Many friends sympathize with them in their sad affliction. - transcribed by kbz
