Veedersburg Ind - Margaret Mae Kiger, 93 died at 1:20 p.m. Saturday March 6, 1999 at St. Vincent's Hospital, Williamsport, Indiana. She was born May 3, 1905 in Fountain County Indiana to John and Florence Drollinger Kolasier. She married in Parke County on Nov 5, 1927 to William McKinley Kiger. He died in 1960. She is survived by a son, Russell (Martha) Kiger, of Fulton, a daughter Doyne (Earl ) Ludlow of Veedersburg, Ind; a niece, whom she helped raise, Carolyn Carmany of Markleville, Ind; two brothers, Thurman (Peggy) of Indianaplis; Frank (Mary) of Hillsboro; two sisters, Dorothy Hanks of Kingman Ind and Berniece Jones of Wilkerson Ind; 9 grandch 11 greats; one great great and two step great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers and a sister. Mrs. Kiger worked in home nursing care and enjoyed flowers as a hobby. She was a member of the Praire Creek Baptist Church and Bonebrake Cem LEague and Golden years Club of Veedersburg. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wed at the Dickerson Funeral Home, Veedersburg with Pastor Paul Kent offic. Burial will be in Bonebrake Cemetery, Veedersburg.
