Kingman - H. Reid Kiger, 71, Kingman resident, died at 8 p.m. Friday at the State Hospital for Chest Diseases at Rockville where he had been a patient for approximately a year. Surviving are the widow, Kate Grimes Kiger of Kingman; four daughters, Amelia and Betty of Lafayette; Mrs. Louis Newnum of Kingman and Mrs. Martha Black of Indianapolis; three sons, John of Tangier, Harold of Terre Haute and Bob, serving in the US Army and stationed at Ft. Bragg, NC; a sister, Mrs. Myrtle McMahan of Greencastle; 9 grandchildren and 7 greats. Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Watson Funeral Home in Cayuga. Place of burial not yet announced. Friends may call at the funearl home Sunday afternoon.
