Mrs. Sarah Ellen Keys, 88 of 819 Court St, died at 6:30 p.m. Sunday in Westbrook Nursing Home. She had been in failing health since fracturing a hip six onths ago. Born Aug 6, 1872, south of Waynetown she was the daughter of John and Alethea Ball Mullen. She married Aura E. Keys Nov 9, 1899. Mrs. Keys was a member of the First Christian Church and attended the old Ball School southeast of Waynetown. Survivors include her husband; a son, Delbert E. Keys of Crawfordsville; a daughter, Mrs. Della E. Lowe of Crawfordsville; 28 grandchildren, including Mrs. George Keedy of Waveland who was reare din the Keys home; three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Servies Funeral Home at Waynetown with Rev. John R. Servies in charge. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Monday. - kbz
