Kerr - Percy

Percy E. Kerr, 82, of Veedersburg died Monday, Nov.7, 1972, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Danville. He had been a patient for a week and had been ill for five years. Born March 17, 1890, in Fountain County, he was the son of Elijah and Clarindia Abernathy Kerr. He was married November 2, 1956, at Delphi to Marian Bennett who survives. He was a retired hod carrier. Services were at Parham Funeral Home with the Rev. Glen ? He had been a Covington resident the past four years, and had resided at Veedersburg before moving here. Early in his life he had lived in Danville, Ill. He was a famer and had retired in 1965. He was a member of the Fountain County Farm Bureau. Burial was in Cold Springs Cemetery. – jlr
