Kolling - Ott - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

Ott KOLLING, 73, a resident of this community since 1919, died at Culver Hospital 1:20 a.m. on Wednesday. He had been in failing health for the past two years and seriously ill for two weeks. Born march 31, 1880 in Ohio, the son of James and Martha Kolling. He was married twice first to Mamie HECK. His second marriage was to Tessie BELL in 1918. Mr. Kolling had followed the blacksmithing trade since coming to Waveland. Survivors include two sons Gene of Dayton, Ohio and ? two daughters, Mrs. Jean Todd of Waveland and Mrs Martha Bell Galloway of Terre Haute and several grandchildren. Funeral rites were conducted Friday afternoon at the Machledt Funeral Home by Rev. JS White of the Methodist Church. Burial in Maple Ridge Cemetery.
