Frank M. Kirkpatrick, 78, died at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Lafayette ner midnight Wednesday. He had been a patient in the hospital for 18 days. Mr. Kirkpatrick was born March 19, 1882, north of Wingate the son of Edwin James and Ida May Martin. He married Nor Mae Stokes Dec 14, 1904 at Newtown. He attended Newtown schools and Purdue University. A farmer near Wingate much of his life, he moved to Crawfordsville in 1935. He had been employed at Wabash College and Allison's in Indianapolis. He was a member of the Methodist Church. Survivors besides the widow include: a daughter, Mrs. James McKinney of Carmel; a son, Ed C. Kirkpatrick of 808 John St; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Nolan Kirkpatrick of Waynetown; a brother, George of Wingate; a sister, Mrs. Ruth Sheets of West Lafayette and six grandchildren. He ws preceded in deth by two sons, Edwin Harold and James Nolan and four brothers. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the right Funeral Home with Rev. OC Denniston officiating. Burial will bein Meharry Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home - kbz
