Kirby - Mary M.

Mary M. VanCleave, wife of William A. VanCleave, died at her home on West Wabash Avenue at half past 8 Wednesday evening. Mrs. VanCleave was formerly Miss Mary Kirby and was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Kirby. She was born March 4, 1888 and was in her 21st year at the time of her death. Besides her husband the deceased leaves a father and mother, an infant son one week old and two sisters, Mrs. Russell Harrel of this city and Mrs. Fred Hunt of Indianapolis. The funeral will take place on Friday afternoon at 2 at the First Baptist Church and will be conducted by Rev GD Harger. Interment at Masonic Cemetery.
[NOTE: Mary VanCleave would have died in childbirth or shortly thereafter as her son Raymond was born on March 4, 1908. I'm not sure what happened to Raymond. (KZ)]
