Fred E. Kincaid, native of Montgomery County and a former school teacher and rural route carrier died Tuesday at his home in Dayton. He was 87 years of age, and had been retired for a number of years. Mr. Kincaid's parents were pioneer residents of Coal Creek Township. He was married to Ida Elisabeth Rasor also a Montgomery County resident. The widow survives together with two daughters, Mrs. Gretchen Bible of Dayton, and Mrs. Edna Harriman of Lafayeette. A son, Owen Kincaid died a week ago in the Veterans Hospital in Indianapolis. Funeral services will be held at Dayton Saturday afternoon. Three grandchildren living in Crawfordsville, David Kincaid and Robert Kincaid and Mrs. Betty Barkley and their mother, the widow of Owen Kincaid are expecting to attend the funeral. - typed by kbz
