Mrs. Elizabeth Kepler died a week ago at the age of 79 years. She was the widow of Joseph Kepler, and asthma was the main cause of her death. The funeral was conducted by Rev. GW Applegate on Monday and burial was at the Odd Fellows' Cemetery - typed by kbz

Mrs. Elizabeth Kepler died at her home Saturday evening at 7 o’clock at 501 Illinois Street. She was the widow of Joseph Kepler and was past 79 years of age, her death being caused by asthma and exhaustion incident to her advanced age. The funeral was from the home Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock, conducted by Rev. Geo. W. Applegate, interment being at Odd Fellows’ Cemetery. Mrs. Kepler leaves several children in this city, all grown. -s
