LINDEN – Mrs. Alma Kepler, 80, former resident of New Whiteland, died Monday evening at the Welcome Nursing Home in Franklin. She had been ill for the past seven years and a patient of the nursing home for the past two years. She was born in Bowling Green, Ohio, the daughter of David H. and Jennie Buttruff. She attended schools in Bowling Green and lived most of her life in Akron, Ohio. She was married to Ford E. Kepler March, 1908. He preceded her in death February, 1967. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Akron. Survivors include one son, Raymond Kepler of New Whiteland; one sister, Mrs. Harvey Fussellman of Warren, Ohio; one granddaughter; one step-granddaughter, and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sisters. Services are set for 11 a.m. Thursday at the Helms Funeral Home in Linden with interment in the Linden Cemetery.
