Mrs. Mary E. Kenyon, wife of Wiley Kenyon, died yesterday morning at 1:30 o'clock at her home on Liberty street after along and painful illness with consumption. Mrs. Kenyon was the fourth child of Abijah and Ellen O'Neall,and was born at Yountsville, on August 10, 1837. She first married Harvey Christman, who died in 1858. One son, H N. Christman, was born to them, who now lives in Minneapolis. She was married the second time in 1861 to Wiley Kenyon. They went to California, where they resided for a few years, and then returning to this city, where they have since resided. Mrs. Kenyon united with Center church about 1886, and has always lived a Christian life as all who remember her remarkable patience during a protracted illness can testify. Mr. Kenyon and six children survive her: H. N. Christman, and Carrie Kenyon, Nellie Kenyon, Mrs. T. B. Nicholson, Willie Kenyon and May Kenyon. - thanks muches Kim H

Mrs. Kenyon was the fourth child of Abijah and Ellen ONeall, and was born at Yountsville on August 10, 1837. She first married Harvey Christman, who died in 1858. One son, H. N. Christman, was born to them, who now lives in Minneapolis. She was married the second time in 1861 to Wiley Kenyon.

They went to California, where they resided for a few years, and then returning to this city, where they have since resided.

The funeral will be at the home today at 2 o’clock p.m., conducted by Rev. R. J. Cunningham and Rev. E. B. Thomson. Interment will be at Oak Hill. – thanks to S for this one
