Mahlon Leroy "Roy" Kelsey, 71, died at 12:15 p.m. Wednesday at his home 206 High St. He had been employed at Donnelley's and Allison's plants and last at Morris & Jack Greenhouse. A Montgomery County native, Mr. Kelsey was a son of Thomas and Margaret Douglas Kelsey and was born Oct 10, 1897. He was married July 31, 1939 to Marjorie McVay at College Corner, Ohio. Mr. Kelsey was a member of Oak Hill Tabernacle. Surviving are his wife, a sister, Mrs. Randolph Hedrick of Rt 7, and nieces and nephews. Four brothers preceded him in death. Funeral services are at 3 p.m. Saturday at Oak Hill Tabernacle, with Rev. Lester Wright officiating minister and burial in Pisgah Cemetery.
