Burl I. Kelsay, 70, a former resident of Crawfordsville, died Saturday in Veteran’s Hospital at Tucson, Ariz. He was a retired mechanic. Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Catherine Carter of Crawfordsville; a son, James of New York, N.Y.; two half-sisters, Lenora Billingsley and Alberta Billingsley, both of Crawfordsville; several nieces and nephews; and several grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred. – jlr
