Kelly - Zula

Mrs. Zula F. Kelly, 79, died at her home, 902 E. Main St., at 3:45 a.m. Tuesday, after a lengthy illness. Mrs. Kelly was born Aug. 29, 1885, in Clinton County, the daughter of Edward E. and Ida Mitchell VanScoyoc. She was married June 4, 1907, to John A. Kelly, who died in July, 1959. She had lived in Crawfordsville most of her life. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Mary Kelly Forrey, of this city, and a son, Edward J. Kelly, of Detroit; a brother, Gerald VanScoyoc of Kokomo, and an aunt, Mrs. Cecil McMullen of Crawfordsville. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Hunt & Son Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Wednesday. – jlr
