Mrs. Mary Kelly, who will be well remembered by our older citizens, died at her home in Crawfordsville Sunday evening, after an illness lasting over a year. The funeral was held this afternoon. She was the widow of T. S. Kelly, who was an uncle of David S. Kelly and Mrs. Geo. A. Smith, of this city. They removed to Crawfordsville nearly forty years ago, where Mr. Kelly engaged in the shoe business until 1848. Mrs. Kelly was past eighty six years of age. During her long life she had been active in religious work, both here and in Crawfordsville, being a member of the Methodist church.
