Waynetown - Helen M. Kellogg, 71 of Waynetown died at 9:25 a.m. Sunday in Methodist Hospital at Indianapolis. Mrs. Kellogg was a waitress and cook most of her adult life. She was a member of the Moose Home Chapter in Crawforsville and now-defunct Victory Baptist Church at Linden. She was educated at Waynetown High School. She was born Nov 23, 1918 at Waynetown to William Ivoe and Estel Keller Perigo. She first married Palmer Meadows and then married Mr. Kellogg. Surviving are two daughters, Shirley Mayotte of Crawfordsville and Mrs. Robert (Sharon) Jeffers of Linden; a brother, Donald Perigo of Waynetown; a sister, Mrs. Horace (Olive) Meadows of Veedersburg; 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Thomas Funeral Home at Waynetown with Rev. Velma Keesling officiating. Burial will be in the Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. - kbz
