Kellison - Horace Curtis

The following tribute to Horace Curtis Kellison, formerly of this city is taken from the Mooseheart Magazine of Mooseheart, Ill where is maintained the orphan home of the Loyal Order of Moose. "He was one of our busy trusted errand boys, chubby, erect standing round eyed, proudly he carried his papers and conveyed his messages back and forth to office, hall and school. His father was Cary Kellison, a leading member of Crawfordsville Lodge No 6 where the order was rejuvenated in 1906, Horace was born at Crawfordsville Jan 10 1912 and came to Mooseheart with his mother, Laura Kellison, lately assistant matron in Wisdom Hall and his brother, Ralph and sister, Opal. - kbz
