Keller - Nancy Tate

Waynetown Aug 2 - Mrs. Nancy Belle Keller, aged 71 died at 4 o'clock this afternoon at the home of her son, Floyd Keller in the Wesley Church community, 3 miles east of Waynetown. Her death was atrtributed to a complication of diseases and followed a serious illness of 3 weeks. Born June 12, 1864 in Fountain County, Mrs. Keller was the daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth Krout Tate. She was married March 6 1888 to John Keller who died June 4, 1927. She spent all her life in Fountain and Montgomery counties and was a member of the United Brethren Church at New Market. Surviving are 4 daughters, Mrs. Eva K. Sarver, Mrs. Myrtle Swank and Mrs. Ruby Sarver of near Yountsville and Mrs. Ed Wilson of Young's Chapel; two sons, Floyd Keller at whose home she died and Raymond Keller of Crawfordsville; 3 brothers, Rudolphus Tate of near New Market and John and Martin Tate of near Alamo. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon at Wesley Chapel. The rites will be in charge of Rev. Guy R. Treamaine and burial will be in Weir Cemetery east of Alamo. - transcribed by kbz
