VEEDERSBURG, Ind. -- Mrs. Lucy Ellen Keller, 52, of 104 E. Fourth, Veedersburg, a former Covington, Ind., resident, died at 1:40 a.m. Friday (Aug. 6, 1976) at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Danville. She had been a patient since Aug. 1, and had been ill for a week. Mrs. Keller was born Feb. 24, 1924, in Hoopeston to Guy and Ethel (Malady) Jackson. She was married in Covington on June 30, 1945, to Charles B. Keller, who survives. Mrs. Keller, who lived in Covington until 10 years ago, was a waitress. Survivors also include a son Charles Jr., at home; four daughters, Mrs. Robert L. (Jody) McKinney, of Veedersburg Route 2, Mrs. Jerry (Luellen) Stetler of Indianapolis, Mrs. Myron (Susie) Swaim of Kingman Route 1, Ind., and Marrallee at home; two sisters, Mrs. Collison (Jeri) Page of Monticello, Ky., and Mrs. Leon (Beverly) Bunch of Virginia Beach, Va.; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister and a brother. Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at the Dickerson Funeral Home in Veedersburg with the Rev. Cloyd Kyger officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery in Covington. Friends may call from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.  --waw
