Mrs. Lou Helen Keller, 86 of Rt. 7, died at 8:25 p.m. Thursday in Westbrook Nursing Home where she had been a patient since last May 8. She was born Nov 16, 1874 near Salem, a daughter of John and Elizabeth Rutherford. She married William S. Keller Feb 22, 1904 at Montmorenci. Mrs. Keller who was a carpenter/contractor died April 15, 1950. Mr. and Mrs. Keller started housekeeping southwest of here. Mrs. Keller was a member of the Methodist Church. She moved to the home of a son, Lee Keller, in Linnsburg when her health began failing in January 1959. Survivors include her son, a daughter, Mrs. Herman Stevens of Rt 3, Crawfordsville; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Clayton Wilson of Crawfordsville; a stepson, Homer Keller of Crawfordsville; a granddaughter, Mrs. Norman Wagner of Culver a great granddaughter, Barbara Wagner of Culver; four nieces and a nephew. She was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister. Funeral rites are announced for 2 p.m. Saturday at Bright Funeral Home with Rev. John R. Servies in charge. Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Friday. - typed by kbz
