Wallace - Hiram R. Keller, 87, died at 2 p.m. Monday in the Small Nursing Home at Waynetown. He was a son of Philip and Hester Ann Pickett Keller and was born near here in Jackson Township Jan. 12, 1876. He was married to Josie Belles April 4, 1899. She died in 1922. They had no children. Mr. Keller, who came here in 1958 to make his home with his sister, Mrs. Margaret Miller, had lived in Sydney, Ohio, for 30 years. He was a police officer there for 20 years. Surviving besides the sister is a brother, Earl Keller of Crawfordsville. Mr. Keller was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Sydney. Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Wednesday at Freedom Church near Wallace, where the body will lie in state for an hour beginning at 1 p.m. Rev. Alfred Dobbs will officiate, and interment will be in Lutheran Cemetery here. Friends may call at the Crumley Funeral Home in Hillsboro Tuesday afternoon and evening.
