Harry Lee Keller, 81 of 308 S. Grace Avenue died at 7:34 p.m. Sunday in Culver Hospital where he had been a patient for a week. He was born June 13, 1888 near Deere's Mill, a son of William F. and Mahalia Dowden Keller. In April 1909 he was married to Bessie A. Bowman who preceded him in death in April 1969. Survivors include two sons, Gerald L. of Crawfordsville; and Morris C. of Dallas; two brothers, Howard of Danville, Ark and Aaron of Logansport, a sister, Mrs. Effie Simms of Hillsboro; five grandchildren and 3 greats. He was preceded in death by a brother and 3 sisters. He attended rural schools near Alamo and was a member of Youngs Chapel Church near Crawfordsville. Before his retirement he farmed on Rt. 6, north of Crawfordsville. Funeral services are at 2 p.m Wednesday in Servies-Thomas Funeral Home wiith Rev. WS Muir officiating. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Tuesday. -- kbz
