Frank Keller, 85, who resided on Rt. 2, Waynetown for the last 20 years, died Monday morning after an illness of several months. A son of Manson and Virginia Wilkinson Keller, he was a native of near Wallace and was born Nov 23, 1885. He was educated in Jackson Township schools. Mr. Keller was a member of the Church of God at Alvin, Ill. He was married in 1916 to Ethel Hallett who died. His second marriage was to Edna V. Gossett, she survives. Also surving are three sons, Kenneth of Lafayette, Jess F. of Crawfordsville and Harold G of Waynetown, two daughters, Mrs. Harold (Janiece) Cooper of Covington and Mrs. Edgar (Laverne) Woodard of Jamestown; two step children, Everett Gosset of Coatsville and Mrs. Emil (Doris) Butts of Danville, Ill; 18 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Mr. Keller was preceded in death by an infant daughter, three grandchildren, a great grandson and five brothers. Funeral services. will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursay at Servies-Thomas Funeral Home with Rev. Clifton Morris officiating and burial in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Wednesday. - transcribed by kbz
