Hillsboro, Indiana -- Earl A. Keller, 87, of Crawfordsville, a former resident of Hillsboro died Thursday April 13, 1972 at Culver Hospital. Born November 7, 1884, near Wallace, he was the son of Philip and Hester Pickett Keller. He was married to Romona Baker who died May 25, 1956. Mr. Keller was a graduate of Wallace High and Purdue University Veterinarian School. He practiced in Wallace and Hillsboro until 1929. He served as manager of the Grab-it-Here Store in Hillsboro from 1929 to 1932 and manager of the Grab-it-here Store in Crawfordsville from 1932 to 1944. He was a member of the Hillsboro United Methodist Church. Survivors include a son, Donald E. of Crawfordsville and a grandson. He was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Crumley-Williams Funeral Home. The Rev. Walter C. Wiliams will officiate. Burial will be in the Lutheran Cemetery at Wallace. The body is at the funeral home. Friends will be received after 7 p.m. Friday.
