LADOGA – Charles Elmer Keller, 89, of Ladoga, a retired farmer and custodian at Ladoga School for 20 years, died Wednesday in Golden Manor Health Care Center here. He was born near Montezuma on May 5, 1887, a son of George W. and Julia Ann Smith. He was first married to Ida M. Glines. He was then married to Laura M. Carter, who preceded him in death. Surviving are his half-sister, Mrs. Emma Lyons, and several nieces and nephews, including Grace Carter of Ladoga. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Perkins Funeral Home here with burial in Ladoga Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home. --waw
